Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kafka account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
